Samantha O’Neil
Sales and Marketing Director

Samantha O’Neil is an optimistic and enthusiastic sales professional with over 13 years of experience in the assisted living community. She is skilled at helping families with determining the best options for their loved ones. Samantha began her career as a medication aide and a caregiver. In her first management role as the Life Enrichment Director, her goal was to enrich the lives of her residents. In later years, she took an opportunity to become the Business Office Manager and then the Sales and Marketing Director. Throughout her career, Samantha has developed relationships with local and national vendors to ensure her residents have the best resources. She attributes her success to her ability to listen to her residents and families and to put their needs first.

In her free time, Samantha enjoys traveling, flea markets and anything Baylor. She grew up in the small town of Oglesby, where she still lives today, and has worked in the Temple/Belton area for the last eight years.

Victor Garcia
Director of Dining Services

Victor Garcia grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana and moved to Temple, Texas in 1981. He attended the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in culinary management. He also attends Greystone to continue learning more about the culinary industry and has used his skills for the past 20 years.

Victor and his wife Kati are busy raising their two daughters and two sons along with three dogs and three lizards. In his spare time, Victor loves to go camping, hiking and fishing.

Heather Vann
Director of Resident Care

I was born Heather Casey, at Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas. I am married to Shawn Vann of Suffolk, Virginia. We reside in Killeen, Texas with three of our children, Chandler Lee, Kalon Alexander, and Paisleigh Grace. We have one grandchild, Oaklynn Mae, via our son Hunter Lee and his wife Sierra Skye

I graduated from Belton High School, in Belton, Texas in 1998. I became certified as a Phlebotomist 2004, Certified Medical Assistant in 2007, and became a Licensed Vocational Nurse in 2018.

Since achieving my nursing license, I have held the following positions:
Charge Nurse – Regency Manor Long Term Facility; December 2018-August 2020
Hospice Nurse – Compassus Hospice; August 2020-December 2021
Assistant Director of Resident Care – Stoneybrook of Belton Assisted Living; December 2021-February 2022
Director of Resident Care – Stoneybrook of Belton Assisted Living; February 2022-Present

Kim Dippel
Business Office Manager

Kim Dippel is a fun-loving people person who is new to the senior living community. Kim worked as a business office manager/ sales representative for a spa company for 15 years. Kim brings a vast variety of resources to the community. Her knowledge of the Belton/ Temple area and their people is a huge asset to our residents. Kim’s reason for joining the senior living community is to give back to her community.

In her free time, Kim loves to help people get healthy, do yard work, swimming, or anything outdoors. Kim was born and raised in northern California. Kim moved to Texas 32 years ago where she met her husband Tim. They will be celebrating their 29th wedding anniversary. Kim has 3 children that all graduated from Belton High school. Kim has twin girls Kayla and Courtney and her youngest is Matthew.

Heather Zammat
Executive Director

I’m married with 5 children. My oldest and only son is currently a freshman at Tarleton State University. He plays the snare on the Tarleton marching band drum line. I have 4 daughters ages 14, 13, 9 and 7. In my spare time I’m either attending my son’s college football games or attending one of my daughters select softball games.

I enjoy binge watching Netflix and spending time with my family. I have been an LVN for the past 18 years. I graduated in 2018 from Texas Tech University Health Science Center with a Master’s in Healthcare Administration.
